Description:

Algebra 2 and Trigonometry is the third course in high school mathematics.  In implementing the Algebra 2 and Trigonometry process and content performance indicators, it is expected that students will identify and justify mathematical relationships, formally and
informally. The intent of both the process and content performance indicators is to provide a variety of ways for students to acquire and demonstrate mathematical reasoning ability when solving problems.  Students will investigate, explore, discover, conjecture, reason, argue, justify, explain, prove and apply the content of this course set by New York State.  Students will take a NYS Regents Examination at the end of this course.
